Computer's Hero is a field service contractor based in Dothan, Alabama, working with technology, telecom, and security integrators.
What we do
Integrators and dispatch platforms send us service tickets for locations in our area, and our technicians complete the work on site. That includes networking installs, phone and VoIP cutovers, point of sale setups, camera systems, signage, and low-voltage work at retail stores, offices, and other commercial locations across the Wiregrass region and the surrounding states.
How we are set up
We work with a group of vetted technicians spread across the service area, so each job is assigned to someone nearby who is qualified for that type of work.
